On completion we furnish your property with a high quality furniture pack solution and we will then find the tenant, take the references, take care of the contracts, look after rental collections and fully manage your property. You have nothing to do for the first year as your investment property is fully managed and you need have no involvement at all.

At the end of JDS's one year rental period, you can make one of the following choices:

  • Inherit the tenant that JDS has found for you or find your own tenant and the monthly rental will then be paid directly to you
  • Sell the property
  • Move in and we will ensure that the tenant leaves before the first year anniversary
